Seem's like the guy likes cash. Floyd Mayweather: Inside the ridiculously over the top world of this undefeated prizefighter | Mail Online
Talented, yes Not impressed with any thing else about him. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using Tapatalk 2
It would shock me. Yes he flaunts it, but his nickname isn't Money for no reason. He has been a genius in his business approach to boxing. He will do fine after his arms give out me thinks. He loves his money too much to lose it all, lol.
\ Hopefully for his sake he is keeping it in a safe bank. I believe one DDA account can only be FDIC insured up to 100k?
The Feds raised it to $250K but that still would not touch his balance. If he was actually smart with money, there is absolutely no way he would keep that much in a bank account. I have to agree that he will likely have little to no money some day.
NOWAY !! hes business smart. hes got recoding studios, shoe stores, gyms ect ect his kids kids will see his money for a long time !
Mayweather is a legend in my books. I believe he's the highest payed athlete, and none of the money comes from endorsements/sponsorships. He may be cocky, but with his record I dont blame him. A talented boxer for sure.
NOBODY with any financial smarts leaves that kind of money in a bank account. Makes absolutely no sense at all. He is risking everything above 250K. Stupid.
I didn't really mean as a financial investor he is smart... I mean let's be realistic, he is who he is. I just meant he is genius in HOW he goes about making his money, not what he does with it afterwards. That won't change. He could hang up the gloves and easily continue to make millions a year on endorsements if he chooses. Even if he is stupid enough to continue putting it all into the same account. lol
Thats assuming his celebrity carries him after he quits winning fights. It may, but he better hope it does with the way he goes through money. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using Tapatalk 2
I dont either, but why would anyone put that much trust in a financial institution these days. If they go belly-up, he loses all but 250k. Its foolish. At least spread the risk. I see what you mean TEmbry, and I agree.
