Fletch's 2019-2020 Semi Sarcastic BS Thread

Just remembered some call I was on my 1st year and started laughing hysterically. We had a driving rain storm and a 12 year old mentally ill kid ran away from home. So I'm looking all over the place for the kid. I had dealt with the kid before and remembered she was very religious so I started checking all the churches. Come around the corner in the pouring rain and see the little 4 foot 10 kid standing with her back faced to me at the church. I get out and ask her if she is ok. I kid you not, she slowly pivots and stares at me without a smile while holding a bible. Every sense in me told me to pray for forgiveness on this Earth. I then asked her if she was hurt or anything. She slowly raises the lower half of her shirt and the word "Kill" had been cut into her skin in 4 inch letters. I right there and then pleaded with God to help me.

 

That is insane! She had done that to herself? Or someone else had done it to her?

just can’t make stuff like this up, that’s why we called it “the greatest show on earth”. Strange the stuff that makes me chuckle when thinking back on past calls; most don’t understand what’s so funny.
