    How are things down that way? My boat is sitting on a boat lift about 15 miles to your south-east. The lift is cranked up really, really high and I’ve got it strapped down really good with a dozen or so 2” ratchet straps, both to the lift as well as the pilings so it doesn’t bang around, but I’m still a little worried. The tornados certainly aren’t reassuring.

    They’re talking on wect about a house that lost it’s roof in one of the tornadoes.
    So far here in pender co. We’re just getting into it at all. No wind felt yet but lots of rain.

    ****! that doesn’t sound promising.

    It’s on the sound side of the island so there is a little protection from the waves but the ocean is right across the street. Kind of regretting being lazy and not putting it on a trailer and towing it inland.
