    Not so much amusing but more respect for what she endured and overcame, Ike didn't amount to crap without her and she won grammys. I certainly did not laugh but though yes she was.

    Just because I don't agree with something or find something you post a little (or a lot :lol:) off color doesn't mean you have to delete it Joe. I have my views and you have yours. The fact that my position here on the forums has changed doesn't change anything at all when it comes to what I post.

    I'm still one of you guys and if I'd made that post three years ago it wouldn't have made any difference at all. To be honest there is a big down side to having an Administrator tag in my avatar. It seems like if I disagree with someone or take exception to something someone posts it's taken as threatening. It certainly isn't meant that way.

    In reality, this has a lot to do with why I don't post conflicting viewpoints much any more. I've kinda learned to keep my mouth shut, so to speak.

    Now I'm kind of sorry I replied at all.

    ***Edited to add that it doesn't do any good to delete a post that's already been quoted multiple times. :lol:

    Yeah, Ike was a POS. I certainly didn't mean to imply that you found it amusing, Sota. The fact that the meme exists indicates that someone somewhere out there in internet land thought it was amusing. That's what I was referring to.

    Tina was a smoke show till she died, when she was big back in the 80's she was hot and fit, never saw her in concert but heard she put on a hell of a show. What a force, no doubt she could take a punch too.

    Yeah, that's gotta be an awkward spot to be in now as a moderator. Going from being a regular member to being a superior is kind of like in the military, going from lower-ranked enlisted to NCO.

    I guess I took your post as a way of telling me to tone it down again. Which, I know I push the boundaries, and I apologize for that, I truly don't mean to make more work for you! I need to find a different outlet to express my warped sense of humor, and keep it PG here!!
