    Most PDs have changed their outlook on CC.
    That being said, to clarify I wasn't saying open carry or concealed carry is dumb AF; I was saying that needing a permit to do one or the other but not both is dumb AF. What if you carry open on the hip but also have a backup on your ankle?

    Personally I am for Constitutional carry open or concealed, it's just safest to assume everyone is carrying. But in permitting regs it makes no sense to have requirements for one and not the other.

    I live in a city dumb as AF, county dumb AF, with a governor of the same ilk.

    We need a permit to buy a pistol... Sheriff run the nics to get the permit...plus prints. Then when you buy, a dealer is pretty much doing the same.

    County sheriff's asked governor / legislature to change the process... Nope.

    CC is another level of hell... With the cities. Open or cc pretty much anywhere else in the state, and few care...

    Wife doesn't do that for the most part. The sisters and brother on the other hand make up a list of things that need to be done/fixed when visiting mom to give to me. How very considerate of them. Just for once I would greatly appreciate if maybe when they are looking for problems at mom's... they would actually help. Oh wait when they try to help it usually turns into a disaster and makes more work for me fixing/cleaning up their mess. I am screwed either way !! LOL
