    I've heard that saying.

    I will say, I have a harley that has a built engine putting out about 115 hp. Stock was 67 hp. I have a 2 into 1 header on it and it is loud but it gave me 20 more hp. It also balances the back pressure between the cylinders. A lot of people were putting straight pipes on just for the noise. They actually decrease the performance of the engine. When I was riding a lot there were plenty of people extra revving their engines but there is absolutely no need for that. It was something that I never did. A properly tuned engine can run up to the red line then let off and back down with no popping or back fires. If it can't do this it is not properly tuned.

    BTW, my pipe cost $750 back in '08. No idea what they cost now days.

    Me either. Just made up a number based on a recollection. My sister said she couldn't wait until her warranty was up so she could put on loud pipes. She said the amount but she said that 2 years ago. I don't remember what happened (according to my wife) 2 weeks ago...

    I feel like we can easily fix this. Simply ban cake batter. Some people in this country can't even afford or have access to cake batter and it isn't like the constitution says you can have cake batter with high capacity e coli anyway. Imagine if the batter had reloaded with another high capacity e coli. This is literally killing people.
