I bought a helical fletch jig and decided to make my own arrows. How perfect do the vanes have to be as far as spacing and angle? I bought the bohning jig. It's kindve cheaply made, everytime u pop the cover on to add a vane the arrow knock moves a bit. Any tips tricks would be helpful

Spacing and angle/helical of the fletchings/vanes are the two most important aspects of fletching your own arrows.

I like the bohning jig. You just have to push the arrow back against the stop every time you rotate the shaft.

Yep same thing just make sure after you rotate that you push the nock back into the jig. Also make sure that when you do go to place the fletching on the arrow to hold the arrow in place so it doesn't move on you. I have had that happen a couple times.

Really want to start making my own also with a 32" draw I don't think the 2" Blazer vanes are enough to stabilize the arrow.

You might try the 2 inch razr feathers. Very effective for stabilizing.
One tip for helcal is to give the glue plenty of time to dry before taking the clamp off.
