What do you all recommend to use for a fletching jig and glue? I want to re-fletch my arrows to the zeon fusions, but this will be my first attempt at a re-fletch.

    What do you all think?

Whatever you get, don't skimp. If you buy a cheap one to start, you're just going to be out that money when you throw it away and get something decent like a JoJan or Bitz. I've been fletching arrows over 20 years with my JoJan and haven't been disappointed by it yet.

You don't need a jig. Just slop some glue on em and set them by hand. On second thought, better to go with a jig. I did mine by hand and they looked like sh!t.

Bitzenburger is the best but If your on a tight budget I have used the Arizona EZ-fletch with good result but you have to be careful not to use to much glue and its fast doing all three vanes at once:nana:

Follow Kodiak's advice up above and he'll save you money in the long run.

I bought a cheap plastic Grayling jig when I was first getting started, and ended up taking it back a few days later and trading it in on a Bitz.

    Never looked back since then.

The Bitz is the industry standard of excellence. Money well spent and it will last a lifetime!
