    For all you guy out there who fletch your own arrows...how far from the end of the arrow is your fletching? Just curious cause I have always just bought factory fletched arrows. I got one of those Bohning Blazer fletching jigs just in case I needed it. When I use it and do exactly what the directions say my Blazers are a lot closer to my nock. Just wondering...think I'm going to order me the Tower jig in the morning.

    no more than an inch, especially if you shoot big fixed blade heads. you want the all the steering/guidance you can get. that being said, I am sure some one out there will have good results with more than an inch. as a general rule 1 inch will be fine. hope you like the tower jig. works great. you have to tinker with it a bit. however, since I am all thumbs, it takes me awhile, lol. always use the tape if you will be using quick dry glue... let me know how you make out...
