I've never fletched my own arrows but want to get started this winter. I have decided to purchase the bitzenberger fletcher and I will be fletching with the standard blazer vanes on either gold tip or carbon tech arrows. Other than those two things, I'm a rookie. What tools (glues, arrow strippers, nocks, inserts, etc) do you recommend to get me started on the right foot. I will order pre cut arrows but want to build the rest myself. I'm open to being educated. Any other tips, techniques or things I should know would be greatly appreciated. PM me if you would like. Thanks guys.

For glue use the gel super glue, you can buy a fletching stripper or use a sharp knife.
The nocks and inserts should come with the shafts.
