    Anyone recommend a good one?
With this years wraps & chartruese feathers....I'm thinking I need one.

3 rivers has one, but I don't know if it will be noisy.

I tried making one from an old head net but that didn't work

They are easy to make. I took an old pair of cammo pants (mine had a drawstring in the cuff) and cut a length off. I sewed the cut end shut and it was finished. The drawstring ties to the quiver.
I just got 2 free ones that came in my new ATV covers (cammo). The bags that the covers came in are the perfect size and they're water proof too...bonus.
