I fletch my own arrows, so I know what I'm getting. Did you fletch the arrows, or someone else? I've had one or two fletchings come loose over time (couple years), but not like what you're describing. Can't figure why you would get that many loose ones. When I'm done fletching an arrow, after it's dry, I pull on it to make sure it's secure. I also put a drop of glue on the leading edge of the vane.

Thats odd, Im gonna guess it was the glue and the change in temperature.

He said Quick Spin not Quick Fletch.

Can't really explain why your vanes came off like that though. Were they exposed to anything that could possibly broke down the glue? Gas fumes perhaps?

I fletch my arrows too and I also pull on them after they dry, and I put a drop of glue on the edge of the vane. . I've never had any kind of problems!

I've been using this fletching jig....The Bohning Co. Pro Fletching Jig - Arrow Building Supplies... But, I plan to buy a better one because you can only do one vane/arrow at a time, But it still gets the job done, and I've saved a lot of money with the fletching jig!

I use this glue...The Bohning Co. Fletch-Tite Platinum - Arrow Building Supplies.... And the vanes stay on tight!. . . If I need to put a new vane on, I have to take a knife and cut/scrape the old one off because its glued on so good!

I can't really think of a problem the OP may have... Keep us posted if you find out!

What kind of glue are you using ?

I know some glue won't work well on carbon arrows.

I have fletched a ton of arrows over the past 20 years and have never had that happen. Maybe just a bad batch. I have never used the quick fletch line though. I use mainly blazers with arrow wraps and fletchtite plat glue

I use AAE Fastset Gel. This stuff really holds. I think the most important part of fletching is making sure your arrow shaft is cleaned properly. I just use a stripper, then steel wool on my aluminum shafts, no solvents.
