Flash vs ir

I had an IR cam set up on a fox den for a month and they never even looked at the camera once. I even had a black flash cam set up on video mode to confirm it.

 

This is the reaction I get 90% of the time.

Yeah same here. I had a red 40 over a den too with the same results.

I worry about humans seeing the flash much more than animals, that being said the 2 cameras I have out have the ir flash vs white flash.

 

I always suspected you were hiding something

 

That's what I get from coyotes over bait. They jump around nervous until they get the timing down of the cam taking pics. Then they run in between pics. Darn smart little boogers around here
