Im out at school and dont have time to put up a stand so I opted to hunt out of my ground blind. I have mech. broadheads and cant shoot them through the screen due to the fact that they will open up in flight. I am for this reason going to shoot a fixed blade. I have heard some good about magnus stinger broadheads. Anyone have any luck with these broadheads?

Excellent heads. They fly true and they are tough as nails.

I am using the 2-blade 100 grain models. Last weekend I used them on a yote and 2 does.

here is a pic of one of the doe hearts. You can see the huge slice the broadhead put through it.

Thanks for the input. I picked up a set and love how they shoot just like my field tips! Hope they tear it up like urs did.

Oh yeah, awesome heads. They kill deer dead, and fly like lazers. Wicked sharp and great blood trail. And the company itself is top shelf. I shot a doe with one, and she fell on the arrow and busted the Stinger all to hell. I mean destroyed it. But the arrow did it's job perfectly, she only ran 30 yards. I contacted Magnus........and they replaced the broadhead, no questions asked. All I had to do was ship the old one back to them. They also offer lifetime sharpening.

I shot them for 2 years and was very pleased with their performance. The only reason I switched is b/c I was looking for a little bit more cutting surface so I went to a three-blade fixed head. This year I'm shooing the HellRazor from NAP and it's worked great so far. Super sharp right out of the package and fly within 2 inches of my field points out to 30 yards. A few minor tweaks and I was dead nuts on out to 30 yards in a few minutes. If you're ever looking for a 3 blade head, check them out.
