This cold weather is eating my dslr batteries like crazy. Going to need to buy a few more backups.

 

Not only that but he stays so positive no matter how slow things are going. By far one of the most impressive hunters on here and thays why this thread gets so much love every years. Id kill to have his patients and determination.

 

Just had a doe & two fawns walk through to my 9 o'clock. Nice to see some movement.

Looking good out there! I am excited for this weekend's weather. What kind of cold weather clothing do you wear? Especially if you know a good set of light thin gloves that are still warm. I like the way you cut the fingers on those..

How did it end up

 

Temps dropped quick! Winds laid down, but nothing came through. Though something was moving in at dark, but it was just grouse roosting.

Taking the AM off, but will hunt tomorrow afternoon. Most likely head to the Outlet as long as there isn't ice back there
