So moving the stand closer tomorrow?

 

Great to hear that blade is moving during daylight. Are you going to move your stand so you can get closer to where he was?

 

You found where to hunt last year, now you've found the trail to hunt. It's going to happen!

No confirmation of the morning buck? Would be a great thing if it was Blade as well, 5-6 hours hanging around up there, he's going to make a mistake, just have to be there when he does. You able to hunt a lot the next week or so?

 

I'll hunt a half day tomorrow, nothing Thursday because I have to go to Duluth, at least a half day Friday and ALL weekend

OK, it would seem everyone's plans are changing

My brother was going to be coming up later on Friday for Saturday's rifle opener. After bowhunting WI all fall, he bought his MN bow tag so he can come up early on Friday and bowhunt Friday night with me

Then, my buddy Nick was able to get his plans together to come bowhunt this weekend too! He'll get here after dark Friday night and leave sometime Sunday!

So Friday, Dad, my brother & I will be bowhunting, and come Saturday, all 4 of us will be in the woods. Nick & I with our bows and Dad & my brother with rifles.

The pack is hungry. We MUST feed....

 

I'm going to eat something, shower then go hang my Assault in another tree. How many audibles can a guy call??

I'll place another camera up on the ridge too

Yeah, this wind is a bit chilly. Swirling all over.

I'm close to the trail I saw him on, but I'm up it further where two come together.

Just got a txt that dad got off work early today and is on his way to his ladder. Trail goes by that too

 

Been pretty slow. Had a pine marten come through a half hour ago.

Only a few minutes left. Then I'll get down.

 

Excited for you Fitz. You're closing the gap daily. I'm also excited for the rest of us that follow closely to your thread. We're all hoping this happens for you bud.

 

Any clue on how to view trail cam video? Says its not viewable and I can download to see if another program can view it. Switched my cam to video last card swap, DOH!

Edit, iPhone 4S and bushnell trophy cam 8 mp non hd, other cam is he but didn't pull card yet
