    No new pics. Few does, red fox & wolf. I did rehang one of the cams in the corner of the lake. We'll see how that goes this week.

    I'm half way across right now. Headed to the far beaverdam tonight. I'll send an update once I'm set up & buckled in.

    The sun is making me a bit nappy.

    I've seen a kingfisher and a pileated woodpecker thus far. I think I hear one of the beavers rustling around down stream.

    Something really got the beaver going on the far side of the pond. May have been a territory dispute. Who knows.

    Wind should be good for the same set tomorrow, so I left the stand. One less thing to carry in.

    perfect morning - on stand? ...just headed in to town to try for that 10pt(or whack-a-doe)...hard not to go for the 9 here at home though as I KnoW where he's running....gets me a little pumped checking in your thread here before heading out, but going into town isn't going to be the same experience by far(cars not beavers as I listen to the city folk get moving)

    No morning sit today, but I'll start soon. This weekend has been crazy around the resort. It's a long weekend for MN schools, so we've had 7 cabins in and close to 20 kinds running around. Everyone leaves today, so it'll be pretty dead around here now until late December :tu:

    I'll still slip out tonight, and then with the East wind coming for 3 days, I'm gonna push into Blade's bedroom.

    Jfergus7 & I just had a small doe come within 10 yrds of us & stayed for 20 min. She was too small to shoot. We got great video footage! Will be out at public spot that I drew tags on later today!
