    Well, about 5:40 I had a deer walk by the opposite side of the creek. It was big bodied and very well could have been Blade.

    After it went behind some pines I bleated once. I saw him move through the pines about 10 min later, then nothing.

    My other trail cam should have gotten pics of whatever it was.

    Mos of the snow melted but the remaining snow re-froze making it a noisy exit tonight.

    Good sit and I like the location. Saw the otters and beavers tonight. eagle flew close by too. Not sure how much I'll sit this weekend with my brother-in-law up, but he was forewarned that I might be in the woods.

    I'll keep you all posted.

    I got 60 some photos of the deer I glimpsed last night. It was a doe and it was neat to see the photos. I could tell when she heard me bleat each time.

    Right now I'm headed back out. Lucky hunt #13!!

    It rained & snowed all night, plus the wind was much stronger than it was supposed to be.

    What a quiet night. Not sure if I'm going to hunt tomorrow or not. We'll see how the forecast pans out. This coming week I'll do a few all day sits. I have friends coming again this next Friday, then my buddy (augustIce) will be here the following Monday for a few days or hardcore hunting.

    What an awesome picture! It's 0030 and I wish I was about to wake up to go hunting. Alas, I am at work.... trying to stay awake.

    Well, headed back in to warm up and eat something. I'm not expecting to hunt tonight. Sara is leaving for a couple nights, so I will probably get some all days sits in this week.

    I'm getting a late start, but I'm just about to head out the door. MN riffle season starts this Sat, so I wanna get a few more hunts in until it gets noisy and I have to wear orange :sad:

    It's a little more breezy than I'd prefer, but hey, they can't all be perfect days....
