    I finally managed to break the elusive double-digit barrier this morning.

    10 pounds 9 ounces according to the digital scale at the lake house.

    I had it weighed, measured and then I motored back to where I caught it and released it.

    The lake where I caught her has no limit on bass except that you can only keep one bass over 18”.

    The population is out of control and they want the numbers reduced. My son in law definitely did our part Monday and Tuesday.

    Monday we brought home 35 bass. Tuesday we brought home 65.

    Here’s a pic of the livewell when we got home Tuesday.

    This should go in the rant thread. In a rush this morning to get on the road and walked out and left my wallet on the table. Stop to get gas and coffee and realized no money, no credit cards, no license. No insurance card... Dammit!

    Thank god I always carry some spare cash in my travel bag...
