Awesome Cooter! I've never really caught one that had any size, that's on the bucket list.

Fraley - Frog Slayer is getting big! Can't wait to see pics of him with a deer.

I headed out today with a buddy for a bit of fishing despite the thunderstorm, tornado, and severe weather warnings. :p My wife thought I was crazy, but after 15 hours of home projects outside in the 85+ degree temps, I really needed some fishing time today.

We managed to put about 8 fish in the boat in 4 hours. They are done with the spawn for sure, every fish was VERY beat up and skinny. Water temps were 77-78 degrees. Most of the fish were caught either on the edges of or right in the milfoil in about 8' of water. No pics today, didn't want to risk getting the camera of phone soaked, maybe next weekend.

I'm fishing my first ever bass tournament next weekend, and my partner has done well in this one in the past (southern Champlain). Hopefully I'll have some pictures and fish stories to tell after next weekend.

I did some fishing this afternoon, wanted to just relax so Tiffany and I took a few dozen nightcrawlers to the local lake to try our luck. Tiffany somehow managed to catch two snails and a pumpkinseed, and I only caught a big pumpkinseed. This lake is known for big bass but they didn't want to bite today.

Funny, I own a fishing resort in the heart of God's Country and I haven't been able to get out too much.

Wyatt and I did sneek away for a bit one evening to get a few walleyes for supper. Seeing his excitement and his desire to be out there at 3.5 makes me miss my youth.

Took a buddy and his 2 boys out last night for some fishing, they’ve really only fished 1-2 times before. Picked up about 10-12 good size blue gills in just under 2 hours. The boys were happy to catch some fish, and were also excited about a duck with some babies that swam pretty close to shore. It’s always fun to help introduce people to fishing/outdoors, and get my buddy comfortable enough to be able to take his boys out anytime he wants.

Went out with some customers to a couple lakes back in the bush this week. We were targeting bigger walleyes, but a high pressure system moved in and shut the fish down a little bit for two days, but we were able to get plenty to keep the guys happy.

    Decent 22" Walleye.

No pics to show, but I fished two tournaments on Lake Champlain a little over a week ago with a good buddy of mine. Lots of heavy hitters from all over the northeast showed up, both were pretty big paydays paying over $10k out. We managed to bring in a 19lb 7oz bag on Saturday, I caught the big fish in our bag too at 4lb 12oz as well as a 9ish lb pike and tons of huge fat pickerel.
