I had a decent morning at the lake and this time the only animals I brought home were aquatic.

I’m due for some good fishing. That’s all I used to do when I was younger and then the desire fizzled out. I got a new tackle box for Christmas, so I started going through everything and cleaning up my reels. Brought back some memories and I can’t wait to hit some water this spring. (Probably can’t even run my baitcasters anymore)

I plan on fishing more this year I used to fish like crazy, I love fishing the Mississippi for smallmouth. I am blessed to live near two of the best smallie fisheries in the country. The strech of Mississippi I grew up on from St. Cloud to Elk River and Lake Mille lacs.
