This is a great start to bow season. My brother and his 14 year old son, Caleb, came to visit last March to do some fishing. While they were here I talked my brother into buying Caleb a bow and he started shooting it right away. He's been shooting it through the spring and summer and on 8/15 antelope archery season opened in Wyoming were he lives. He had a doe tag and his dad took him to look around. They saw a doe that provided them an opportunity for a stalk and me made a 30 yard shot on her. He called me and was super excited. He now can't wait for deer season to start on 9/1.
Congrats on a wonderful looking animal! With shots like that ill be expecting more photographs and stories
That's frickin sweet!! Not many can say their first bow kill is a spot and stalk on an antelope. And with shots like that at 30 on an antelope I have a feeling he'll be filling out many more tags in the future. Great stuff! Huge congrats to him.
Congratulations to your nephew on a nice shot. Something to remember for the rest of his hunting days.
