Found my first shed of the season on 12/26/13. On the edge of a cut cornfield right in a blow down. It was the right side of a small ten point. I searched pretty hard to try to find the other side but didn't have any luck. I hope to walk this area again in the near future. It's State land owned by the local trout hatchery that's open to hunting. I think shed hunting makes for a good off season hobby. It's great to see who made it through the hunting season and will hopefully be there for the next.
