Went to another completely new area of the island to me today. As soon as I stepped into it I had a good feeling. Beds all over the place, beaten down runs and tons of deer $hit. I knew I was going to come out of there with some bone. About 15 min into the hunt I was stooped over in the thick stuff following a trail. I stopped on the trail and looked forward a ways up. There it was. The curve of a main beam coming up through the snow. I got up to it and pulled it from the snow. I glanced over and there was the match no more than a foot away! I wish I had an ATL picture but I did not have my phone or a camera with me. I was just going to pop in to the new spot. I really just wanted to scout it for a future hunt. I'll go back as soon as all the snow is gone and search the area again. There was NO boot prints in there from all my competition! I was very surprised to have the spot to myself. That very rarely happens to me.

Small but sets are tough to find unless they are side by side. Way to go!

It really doesn't look like a set but the bases and the brows are the same. And they were side by side. I'm thinking they are a set from one deer.

The bases around the birs look like they are the same! I say it is a set.
