Looking for some feedback here on First Lite pants. I have the sanctuary stuff for late season and have been using my Scent Lok stuff for early-mid season accompanied by my puffy jacket on cool mornings. I'm looking to get a pair of the first lite pants for an all around pant to use from the beginning of season thru late season when I'll be wearing them under the sanctuary. I've been eyeballing the Corrugate Guide Pant but I'm not sure what they like as far as thickness/weight goes. Would these fit the bill? I also see the obsidian pant but the merino for an outer layer scare me some. My Llano crew had holes in it everywhere. It didn't hold up well at all. Thanks guys Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I've got Corrugates. The stretch nylon is great if you're doing a lot of hiking/climbing. They do have some noise (not a lot but some) if your pushing through brush. I think they worked well last year elk hunting elk in CO (temps 80s down to 20 with a base layer). I also wore them through most of deer season in NC. They are quite a generous cut and large probably would've fit me better when I was heavier.
I have the kanabs and corrugates, I wear my corrugates almost everyday, very comfortable. The kanabs are a little thicker and quieter, I usually wear them hunting. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
