First Deer Pictures

I thought I did not have this picture of my first bow kill when I was 13, but I checked my aunts computer this weekend and she did. So I figured I would see if some of you guys would put up some of your first deer pics too.

 

Sorry to say I don't. Mom took some old Polaroids back in the 80's of my first couple but they've long since turned to crap.

 

My first was a big doe with a rifle. No pics, but it was the luckiest shot in history. First deer with a bow was a six yard shot at little doe. No pics of that one either.

 

I figured a lot of you guys would be before the days of digital cameras and smart phones but just figured I would see. The first deer is an exciting moment.

 

I`m so old we didnt have cameras back in the 80`s when I started bowhunting!! Serious, I only harvested my first ever bowkill last year, so what I put up last year was my first!

 

My first deer with a bow. It was a perfect double lung shot and watched him go down after a 100 yards sprint.

 

It is funny I don't have a picture of the first deer I ever killed but I do have the beer can I drank to celebrate!! I killed a doe with my muzzle loader and my dad said when I kill my first deer I could celebrate with a beer!!
