Harvested my first Coues Saturday morning at 0745.
Hit him at 20 yards and he ran about 25 yards then another 15 up a hill out of the canyon and dropped. The only reason he got the last 15 was because I came out of the blind a little early. But what the hay, it was my first and I was excited!

His downfall was like most guys. His lady friend had walked away and he turned his head to the left facing away from me looking at her back trail. I hit him behind the right shoulder and popped a lung and broke a rib.

    2012 Mission Endeaver.
Rage 2 broad head on 5575 arrows.

We spend too much money on cammo. We should dress in gray. Them Coues are hard to see.
