First Buck

    Shot this buck on October 25th. 2010 at 5:10 PM after school. Made a good, double lung hit and he went 40 or 50 yards and piled up. Then a bigger buck came by chasing after a doe and grunting. But I shot buck so I wasn't going to shoot another and ask for someone's tag. I got trail camera pictures of a five point a few days earlier and when I shot this buck I thought it was that 5 point. But I saw the 5 point 30 minutes later walking up to my buck and chasing does. I am disappointed it wasn't that 5 point but I'm still proud, after all it is my first buck, 2nd. deer this year and my deer season is over for another 12 months.

    hey good deer man im from the area originally in between newport and duncannon off of rt 849
    Goodjob again and theres some good bucks around that area if u can get out by new german town or somewhere close theres alot of good farms out there and the amish will let u hunt
