First buck down for 2012

    Shot this buck on video Saturday evening. Saw him feeding my direction at 6:45PM through and oak flat, took forever to get within shooting range and to give me a broadside shot. I recognized him from trail camera pictures and actually had him at 20 yards last year but passed om him. Video light was going away quick but if he gave me a shot I was shooting, camera light or not. He finally gave me a shot at 18 yards. We wacthed him run about 25-30 yards and spin around and crash, was over in about 20 seconds. Scored 146 and change.
