Hey everyone. Saturday was opening day here on Oahu to start going after the goats here in the mountains. It was a tough hunt starting at 5 am and we didn't get off the mountain until just after midnight. It was well worth it though! I was finally able to get my first bow kill! Not a big billy like I was hoping for, but it's food in the freezer and was a memorable hunt!

Thanks everyone. It is some tough terrain and you start out at sea level and work up to about 3000 ft. The bad thing is, the whole hunt was being filmed, and the one time I forgot to hit record was when I took the shot!

That is awesome. Sorry you didn't catch the final action of film though. That sounds like a awesome hunt and I bet you were beat when it was all said and done. Congrats and keep at it.

I realized I didn't hit record as soon as I squeezed my release lol. Just a second to late. I still am a little beat from it but it was well worth it and should be heading back out this weekend.
