My son's girlfriend, Sierra Courville, shot her first bow buck in NJ yesterday afternoon. She is stoked. 8 PT that weighed 170-18bs. About a 5yd shot, hard quartering away. The arrow acted like a plug, as it was buried up to the fletchings. Zoom in on the first photo and you can see the green fletching. Buck ran about 200 yds, leaving a blood trail, before the arrow pulled out and the deer bled out, dropping just a few yards later. Congrats Sierra!!!
