    Going on the smoker tomorrow. These are sweet and spicy, I hope they are good. I have tried to make alot of jerky and have not been too happy with the results. I'll let you know how they are. Any suggestions are welcome.

    Nice job! I SUCK at making jerky and sticks. My Wife makes awesome Jerky.
