Thanks, Tony... You probably don't remember it, but you helped keep me focused the last 90 days When I mentioned I was undertaking this program, you probably didn't give it a second thought, but made the comment "I'll be watching you..." Appreciate it, buddy. Now ... I can wear it with pride. Graduation present to myself. :d About 19 lbs. lighter in 90 days...
Yes Greg I do recall but I dont remember what you were about to eat that made me make that statement. You did state something you were about the eat that I know, lol Congrats buddy you look fantastic. T
LOL... I remember, Tony. It was my last little treat to myself before I started the program... Of course, venison burgers and only having one beer probably wasn't that bad, but it'd be considered a severe cheat meal for me these days...
Those burgers look tasty:D Congrats, Greg! It takes commitment to really change things like your health.
Venison is so lean it wouldn't be cheating anyways in my book. Greg you done good! As for the fine looking brew I need to find somewhere local that may carry it. T
I guess no one remembers the pictures Droptine posted on the other board a while back.....It was a joke fellas. Congratulations Greg. It doesn't seem like 90 days ago you said you were starting this.
Congrats. I've been trying to lose some weight myself but my workout routine isn't working for me. I dropped 10lbs initially and now stuck there for about 4 months. I've been looking towards this and may give it a go.
Excellent work Greg. To anyone that is on the fence about P90X, it works but you really have to be dedicated. The workouts are tough if you do them from start to finish. I just finish Arms, shoulders and triceps and I can't lift my freakin arms. I'm currently on day 47 and I'm down 19 lbs.
Where can a guy get a better price on the P90x workout materials? (What all do you have to have to go thru the 90days? Thanks
i'm down about 20ish since I started watching myself... about 20-30 to go before I'll be happy, should be ready in time for teh season though
What I've recently decided to do is do 6 weeks focusing on cardio with a little bit of weight lifting, take a week off and then follow it with 6 weeks focusing on lifting with a bit of cardio. I started that today, so I'll see how this works for me. I think this will be enough to keep my body guessing. I've also increased the amount of weight I'm lifting. My goal is to get back down to 200, I'm currently holding around 225.
