OK I was done until I saw this little nugget.

If one did everything right by the book on a college exam, they would get a 100. :tu:

But who says all analogies must make perfect sense anyways...

Isn't this thread about how YOU would react to the given situation, not how EVERYONE should react? As mentioned earlier, our discussions are starting to resemble the ones found on AT more and more each day.

Because "chit happens" is just another way of avoiding responsibility for your actions...........pretending it's not your fault is delusional and will do nothing to help prevent "chit happening" over and over and over again.

How does telling the truth equate to sarcasm?

"Recovery" months later or by someone else on a shed hunt=no recovery.

What if the hunter already filled their buck tag in a one buck state because that one was considered lost. Is that hunter now in violation of game laws because they "recovered" more then one buck??

I went to school with a bunch of guys who did everything right, by the book...........studied long hours, went to every class and tried very hard but they still couldn't pass the exams. The university didn't give them a degree anyways because they tried.

Life isn't little league where everyone (these days) gets a trophy just for showing up.

Dude........I found them all yesterday when I was out for a stroll so it's all good!!!

Not sure what you are smoking or who you have me confused with but early use of Aricept and Namenda can do wonderful things.

Maybe you're thinking of the guy with the clams ;)

I can only read so much poor grammar and spelling from someone telling others to act like an adult.

Don't worry..........you're not a failure, you tried your best and that's all that matters ;)

    New,

I think you and I are on the same page. Thanks for the great interaction.

    Atlas,

Seriously Mark? Is this the same place like the fantasy highway? You know the place where you're at fault for being broadsided simply because you were there? Maybe there should be a fantasy ballpark...you're out now because three strikes are inevitable, right? Maybe we should just stay home in our little bubbles? Perhaps we should hunt with marshmallows? NO wait, can't do that. Hunters would be the cause of EVERY fat/overweight diabetic bunny!

Didn't recover a shot deer YET....I think she did a pretty good job of restating her position back on page ten. She knows, 'damned if you do, damned if you don’t."

I do not feel Christine is being single out any more than anyone of us. Is this the wrong assumption Christine?

According to you and criteria you’ve established for your successful hunts. I needed neither the meat nor the antlers to have a successful hunt. I was there=success. Anything beyond that is icing on the cake.

    No recovery??............see above.

Proves, at times, you do not know what you’re talking about!

Condescending.., you asked, I answered. If that’s all you have to say, then keep it to yourself.

They obviously didn’t do EVERYTHING RIGHT, BY THE BOOK! Your criterion for a successful hunt is not mine. You’re delusional if you think it is!
If a lad’s trophy buck is hauled away by thugs, then he’s a failure…”no recovery =failure”. What, was he supposed to run faster to the kill site?
