Deerslayer, that's pretty darn funny. I didn't get it until I brought up the thumbnail. I suddenly went, "Yeah, that does explain it!"
i try and teach some of the young men i deal with the "whys" of things history of pants "saggin" goes back to the prison yard, believe it or not. it was a way for the "fairys" to let the booty pirates know that "this butt is spoken for, and dont mess with me" OR worse, it is an invite to come get some!!! well if you are not familar with prison politics usually the fairys or punks get outta jail first, they are the most behaved... usually. well they grew so accostomed to "saggin" that they did it on the "outside" and when you get outta jail its looked on as, "man that dude is hard, he just got outta jail lets act like him!!" well you are acting like your butt is spoken for by another man.... at least thats what i tell the young men i work with! not very cool huh? ohhhh of course some will make excuses saying its the "style" or that prisoners weren't/aren't allowed belts. i tell em this... let it be the day that i meet up with a guy with his pants down like that and we'll see who walks away! =-)
