It took me a while to finally do it but, I did. I'm looking to loose the gut and build the upper and lower body. I will be working out 5 days a week so I know I need to rotate areas of work out. Any suggestions on high protein diets and what not are appreciated.

I found a couple I liked on there and combined them along with the meals of the two. My biggest challenge is going to be eating enough throughout the day at work.
