Finally joined the Gym, suggestions.

    It took me a while to finally do it but, I did. I'm looking to loose the gut and build the upper and lower body.

    I will be working out 5 days a week so I know I need to rotate areas of work out. Any suggestions on high protein diets and what not are appreciated.

    Also if you want some great workouts look up the 300 workout and the man of steel workout. I have done both and they work great

    I found a couple I liked on there and combined them along with the meals of the two. My biggest challenge is going to be eating enough throughout the day at work.
