Finally got 'er! I've worked on this place for 2 full summers and early falls. Most of this summer was spent heat tracing, insulating and skirting the trailer. I believe that I have successfully winter proofed a travel trailer (dealer said it couldn't be done). Last year we battled freezing pipes through out the winter. Had to cut the bottom covering of the trailer and heat tape and re-insulate most of the pipes. In addition, I built a frame underneath the trailer and put 12 1/2" of insulation under the floor. The walls have the standard 3 1/2". Painted, caulked and sealed. Bring it! Adding a deck in the spring to finish it off.

The GF and I were able to get a couple other projects in as well.

    And finally some food plots.

I've got 4 weeks of vacation coming up shortly, I'm pretty stoked.

    Thanks for looking.

Awesome, Greg. Always love looking at photos of your place you've been working on. Looks like an amazing place to call your own. I'm thinking of adding a water hole or two to our property next year. Any tips other than choosing a low spot in an area that naturally holds water?

I own about 3 acres of the corn field which is part of my front yard. A farmer leases the crop rights from me.

    Thanks for the comments.
