Finally got the house out...

    The warm weather a week ago really helped the lake firm up. They have all been so slushy this year. Now that the seasons is almost over, we finally got my dad's new Ice Castle out on the lake!

    We set it close to the lodge and got it all set up. Man this thing is nice! This afternoon I'm going to move it across the lake to the crappie hole. It should be a good weekend :tu:

    Of course I had to take a poser shot with the jeep. It was her first time on the lake :D

    sweet house! i've always wanted a nice one. the clam will do fine for now. spent three day on Mille Lacs one winter in HS. one of the best times i've ever had!

    No... that's.... umm............. root beer?:busted:


    The other end of the shack has a furnace and a stovetop & oven :tu: We can make our own pizza... or some Dinty Moore...

    I'm excited for the weekend for sure, high of 3* tomorrow, but it'll be a balmy 70* in the shack!:wave:

    That is awesome. I usually just bring a 5 gallon bucket and plop right out there on the ice but us Missouri guys are tough!:lol:
