My brother is looking into the Canon 4K camera but it's gonna be in the $3000-$4000 range I believe which is out of his budget.

It's unreal how much these companies keep pushing the envelope. I'm gonna stick to 1080 and the G40 for a long while. I just don't have the need or budget for more.

If I had your setup, I would honestly be looking at the heaviest muddy arm. Unless the 4th arrow stiff arm pro is a major upgrade in rigidity from the stiff arm

I've actually decided to keep my muddy pro arm for now and put a Manfrotto 502 on it. A lot of my early season hunting is done out of elevated blinds over my food plots so I'll be using the tripod a lot.

I like that elevated blind setup. That is pretty sweet. I'd love to see some more detail on what you have going on there.

These are my other elevated blinds. All over food plots or fields. This year we have 9 food plots and 16 total stands on roughly 100 acres.

So I have totally steered this off topic, but on the metal frames in particular is that something that you are fabricating yourself or buying? Pretty cool setups.

Guide Gear 10' platforms off Amazon or Sportsmen Den. They recommend the Primos Club blind but I used Ameristeps too and just zip tie them on.

For hunting where the deer hang out for long periods of time (food plots) or late season with no leaves they are awesome because the deer get used to them and don't pay any attention. Let's you move around and film easily. Less than half the price of rednecks.
