That'd be awesome if you joined us, Dan! I think you, Crick and I have pretty much the same body composition right now (though Crick may be carryng a BIT more muscle mass in his shoulders and arms; if memory serves me correct the last time we were playing around, he had about an inch to an inch and a half on me in arm circumference...)

My stuff shipped out yesterday, so I'm looking to start at the first of next month! April, May and June are gonna be the months so I'm ready to go to the lake for the July 4 weekend!

Exactly, Crick! I know what I want to look like on the other side of this thing, but the main thing for me is to keep myself injury-free and finish the program after giving it my all. Injury-free is a biggie for me, as I tore something in my left arm once about five years ago when I was trying to overdo it. I had been seeing some serious gains, and actually had several of my co-workers at the time coming up to me and asking if I was on 'roids, LOL! I hurt it again two years ago, and couldn't even draw a 70-lb. bow for a long time.

Let's just all keep each other going on the right track. Leave no man behind!! :d

I started working out/changing my diet at the beginning of the year. I was at 235 and now I'm down to 220. The problem is I've leveled off. I switched up my workout routine 2 weeks ago so I'm hoping the weight begins to fall again. Being 5'10" I need to get down to 180ish. Good luck to everyone.

I guarantee if you guys keep with the updates I will do it too. It would be much easier for me to do it with a group than trying to do it alone.

Injury free is a BIG thing when your our age ;) I had rotator cuff surgery in 05 for a nasty tear from falling through a ceiling. With past therapy and current weight training my shoulder is 100%. BUT from doing something STUPID last year, i was walking out to my truck with my right hand full, and carring a very loaded trash bag to throw in the bed, like a dumb#$%&&* I heaved it one armed out to the side, and put a small tear in my other shoulder :violin: The current weight training has kept me from surgery just keeping the strength up in it, still limited but doing great. At the time before the injury I had gotten to the point where on my fourth set of military presses i was pressing 135 lb for 4 reps on my heavy days while seated, I cant even touch that now as i had to back way down with the weight  My bench suffered also, i now have to go lighter and more reps. Guys im really looking forward to this, I was holding true to my fitness venture, but sometimes it goes stale and you need something/sombody to get you jump started again ;) Thank you guys for giving me some incintive to make it fun again. Thanks Greg for posting this thread. I still think it is funny that i almost did this days ago then you post the topic and here i am :tu: Now where is the UPS truck??

    Good stuff, Troy!!

How do we want to do it? Update one big long thread starting April 1? I'll start one on that day if everyone's ok with that, and we can all chime in with how it went and our thoughts and/or experiences.

I can only think of one little weekend float trip with a friend and our two boys camping on the river and smallmouth fishing we've had planned for a while now that's going to keep me from missing three days or so in the middle of it.

    I'm looking forward to it!!

Just an update for the folks who were thinking of getting on board... I'm probably going to begin the 90 days this Saturday night. I was thinking about waiting until April 1 to let a couple guys get their stuff in, and I know Dan (bloodcrick) already got his and is on like Day 4 or something. He needed to go ahead and start because of his work schedule... My wife is ready to tag along with me as best she can, and she's pushing me to start earlier; might as well while she's in the mood.
