Thanks everyone!! Its an honor to get all the great words from so many I have looked up to over the years on here! I came up with 112.75" for a score. For me thats more then enough to make me a proud man, and cant wait to see the freezer full!

Fitz, the exit was low. I got a bit lucky, hit lower spine and it deflected down through lungs and came out low.

Im pretty sure the reason for such a huge hole was because the angle of the body in that area. I didnt get a clear picture of it, but there is a 2" hole in there coming through the rips, but when it poked through skin where the body curves, and im sure him he was starting to duck causing a lot of movement, caused the whole to be so big. Either was it was nuts! When I rolled him over and seen that I was at a loss of words, its incredible. Im sure many remember my signature read "dont take a gamble with any expandable" Well, this year I was lazy so took the gamble. So far, its off to a good start haha. I will probably go back to fixed next year just because I dont like worrying about one opening or not, but this did really open my eyes, and my deer, to what they can do. Im more of a believer then ever, and will recommend Killzones to anyone with the right set up.

Great buck! He looks to me like he would score at least 120". Did you double check measurements 110" seems low looking at the pictures.

I always analyze everything when I get an animal. Exactly what I hit that killed them, etc. I also always look to see if the arrow danced around. You said you shot high and glanced off of the spine. You hit him on the right side? How far up the tree were you? 30 yard shot right?

I hit left side high, came out right side low. Yes 30 yards and I was in a low ladder stand, maybe 13' to my feet. The angle wouldnt have made sense unless it deflected.

Pretty sure he was just very photogenic haha. I would love to call him bigger, but I think I measured pretty good. came up with 111 last night just using a tape measure and today I took a piece of string and took my time with it more. Im sure Ill check my numbers one more time before he goes to get a new skull (having a fake one put on and dipped) but I think it wont get much bigger. Thanks though and my fingers are crossed you are right and I am wrong haha
