Just got back from a little cruising, found this buck out in an alfalfa field. Sorry about the crappy pics, I was zoomed in through my spotting scope with my digital camera, he was about 300 yards away. Any guesses on what he will score plus age?? Im thinking he will come in around 135, 3.5 y/o.

Man...that's nice! I saw my first good sized buck this evening not more than a mile from my house. He wasn't as wide as this one, but about as tall and the same mass. Gets you pumped, though!

I think he could go better than that with almost 2 months of growing to go.

I was hoping someone would say that zimmer. :deer: I really dont know about their growth patterns much but I would figure that the major growing is behind him now. Would be nice to see another 15" on him!

I was driving on the 219 about a quarter mile out of Springville NY the other day where that little hill splitz the 2 roads. MONSTER 150 to 160 class buck standing there. Thing is going to get hit by a car. All that farm land is pretty locked down for hunting though. I mean, this thing is like a few hundred yards from Walmart. So strange for a big woods of PA guy like myself.

Nice wide rack, but I would have to disagree with the at least 4.5. And I don't thing he'll go 145-150 maybe 140. It's just hard to score that high being a typical 8 even if it is wide. (if he is an eight, it's hard to tell in the pics) If he is going to break 140 he'll have to get much much taller. Very nice buck.
