I've been on the fence about trail cams for a few years. My buddies use them, and while it is neat to see pics of the deer on property, I also like to be surprised at what comes walking in. Well, the other day the neighbor lady asked me to help set up her trail cam that she bought to capture pics of the coyotes that have been killing her chickens. After setting up her Cuddeback E2, I was anxious to see what would show up on camera (and when). It got the gears turning, and this past weekend I pulled the trigger on the same camera, only in the E3 model. I put it out Sunday, along with some corn and deer cane. I can't wait to see what's on it in a few weeks!
Looking through those trail cam pictures just puts me over the top excited! Doesn't matter if it is before during or after the season. It's just fun to see Worst is when you see that buck you are chasing 10yds in front of a different set up than you're hunting at 6 in the afternoon
