Yesterday was the first time this season I felt good about where I was hunting. Heres a little backround, This is my first season hunting I've been getting ready for over a year but have no family that hunts and the two that do don't spend much time on hunting. So with a very hard learning curve I finally got out early and in a tree that gave me good shooting lanes not very common on the public land I hunt. I was a little futher from the transition field I was hunting than I wanted but still lots potental. I sat for a two hours and had to hurry out of the woods and go to work. Hopefully friday will be even better with a long sit.
