I've hunted from my ground blind a good bit in the past few years. Killed a couple of does out of it. But it was always with the mesh in place on the windows. I'm trying to film my hunts this year and the little filming ports aren't going to cut it. I've always heard to leave the netting in place with whitetails.

What is your experience with or without netting?

Can I go without it after the blind has been in place for a while?

Can I brush it in real good and go without netting?

I've never used the netting, and I've never been busted to my knowledge out of my blind.

I've never used the netting, but I admittedly don't hunt much out of it for deer. This year that may change.

I don't use the netting and haven't been busted because of it (that I know of). Black shirt, black gloves, black facemask

John, we will be filming some hunts out of the blind as well. We used it for velvet scouting and we did not use the netting. We dressed in all black and they never seemed to see us inside of there. So i would say you should have no issues filming out of one this season.

Never used the netting. Just wore black clothes and mask. I have never been busted in blind as long as it has been set up a while.
