I got off work late tonight so I decided to drive past the ground that I can hunt. When I got closer I realized that there was heavy machinery moving in the field. I was wondering how this will effect the deer movement

I would say you'll be fine. They won't be there long and the deer will come back. Had it happen in one of the fields I hunt last year, didn't take long after and everything was back to normal.

Deer are used to machinery and think nothing of it. At least in farming country.

Ditto to the previous comments, deer love fresh soil...I've actually seen construction projects pull in deer from surrounding properties and there's always fresh deer tracks around my equipment every morning. I mean literally within a couple feet of the dozers, scrapers and excavators.
