Yeah, I know. I did learn something today though. I had no idea that was how chainsaw chaps worked. I only thought they acted as a "shield" per se. Didn't realize they were capable of stalling the saw.
Yeah, they're great to have. I really feel a lot more comfortable running the saw with the equipment on. They can get a little bulky, but we do a lot of our cutting in the winter. It's the perfect time to do it. Limbing is easy, no heat, no bugs, etc.
