Can someone assist me:: I'm using Sabermaxx broadheads and Feather Vanes but I would like to know is it better to use larger vanes like 5 inch or 4inch to compensate?

I don't know anyone that is using Sabermaxx BH's. I would try a few of your arrows fletch with feathers, and a couple with vanes simply because the feathers are going to be lighter in weight. Just remember when using feathers when you get them wet like hunting in the rain, they retain water so I'm told. Personally I like feathers better, but they just don't hold up like vanes do.

Larger is going to stabilize quicker/better.... the downside is it'll create more drag as well slowing your arrow down a bit more downrange.

Not familiar with that head, but I've never seen a conventional broadhead (conventional as compound shooters think about) that a 4" helical feather wouldn't do the trick on.
