    Of course when I take the camera and put the 50MM lens on and state "I won't need the zoom on this hike" I get a chance at a great shot.

    Did the best I could, plan on having a lot more of shots like these as I have started my own photography company. Enjoy

    Nice shot. I had to look closely to see the fawn.
    Starting a photography business? Good luck. As for the 50mm lens, it came in handy for that shot. I got into a situation where I needed a lens with a wider field. Only had one lens. OK, my wife found a vest at Bass Pro for $10 that has all kinds of pockets. Room for an extra lens or two, batteries, filters, hood, etc. I don't leave home without it.

    Yes I did, would have love to have my 24-70mm or the 100-400mm.
