Growing up my dad got me hooked on the oldies. Boston is my favorite but I do like todays country... Eric Church, Brantley Gilbert .. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
I'm hardcore country. Jason Aldean, Craig Morgan at the top of the list for new country. George Straight, Allen Jackson, Ricky VanShelton, Travis Tritt, Vince Gill, Pam Tillis (holy cow the 80's and 90's produced a lot of awesome singers) for the "not so old country". Then of course all the old standbys from ages gone by, Cash, Hank, Haggard, etc... There aren't nearly as many new artists that I can say I really like and they seem to fall by the wayside pretty fast these days.
I listen to all kinds of music but usually more rock than anything else. If I had to pick a favorite band it would probably be TOOL. I really like some older Dave Matthews Band aswell though.
The National seems to be the only band that has stayed consistently in my top 5 list over the years, so I will go with them.
Never heard of The National before so I had to go on iTunes to find out. Wow Hooker, that is just........simply........horrible music
I am very picky when it comes to music and it depends completely on my mood in regards to what I listen to. Most of the time I like a few individual songs by a band rather than the band themselves. Around the campfire I like classic rock and country (I like 80s and 90s country best), on the way home from work I like hard rock, and because my daughter (almost 2) likes to dance to the new age yuppie music I can tolerate it to see her dance and laugh, which makes me smile.
I like a lot of rock and some. country. It's hard to choose one favorite but Social Distortion has been a big part of my playlist for a very long time and I don't see that changing.
Im on a pretty big country kick for the past few years but if I had to choose my favorite band of all time that I can sit down and always enjoy listening to it'd have to be the one and only....
I listen to everything, but my top 5 right are Five Finger Death Punch, Avenged Sevenfold, Metallica, Device, and Dropkick Murphys.
A lot of country singers/groups but I like classic rock & alternative. Favorites are old school Beastie Boys & Maroon 5 Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2
Luke Bryan,Jason Aldean,The white stripes, three days grace, five finger death punch. I know its a mix of country and rock but thats just me.
I have pretty much quit listening to country lately... The ONLY country I will listen to is Justin Moore, Brantley Gilbert, Dustin Lynch, and Chris Young.... I have been on a rock kick lately and Pantera, Alice In Chains, and Killswitch Engage have been tops for awhile with a little Slipknot, As I Lay Dying, Five Finger Death Punch, Slayer, In Flames, Soilwork, Tool, Black Label Society, Soulfly, A Perfect Circle, ect..
